Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Surya Boutique, every outfit is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before dispatch. Each order undergoes multiple quality checks to ensure you receive the finest product in perfect condition. We request all customers to read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Product Quality Assurance

Every product sold by Surya Boutique passes through multiple quality inspections before dispatch. While we make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery placement, prints or fabric may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, screen resolution, or the handcrafted nature of certain products. Such variations shall not be considered defects.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy

To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims, a complete 360° unboxing video is mandatory for every return, exchange, missing item, damaged item or wrong product claim.

The video must:

• Start before opening the sealed package.

• Clearly show the shipping label and outer packaging.

• Continue without any cuts, edits or pauses.

• Capture the complete unboxing process.

• Clearly display the product received.

Claims submitted without a continuous unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Photographs alone will not be considered valid proof.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility

We currently offer exchanges only for orders delivered within India.

Products must be:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• Unworn

• Free from perfume, stains or damage

• Returned with all original tags, labels, packaging and invoice.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

After 48 hours, exchange requests cannot be accepted.

Exchange is Applicable For

Exchange requests may be accepted only in the following situations:

• Wrong product received

• Wrong size delivered

• Manufacturing defect

• Product damaged during transit (supported with mandatory unboxing video)

Exchange is NOT Applicable For

We do not accept exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Colour preference

• Fabric preference

• Minor colour variations due to photography or screen settings

• Slight weaving, embroidery or print variations

• Products that have been used, washed or altered

• Accessories, jewellery and other non-apparel items (unless defective)

• Sale items

• Discounted products

• Promotional purchases

• Gift Cards

Only one exchange per order is permitted.

If the requested size is unavailable, a Store Credit/Credit Note equal to the product value will be issued, valid for future purchases.

Exchange Process

Step 1

WhatsApp/Call us at 919413662300 within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Order Number

• Reason for Exchange

• Product Images

• Mandatory 360° Unboxing Video

Step 2

After verification, our team will approve your request.

If eligible, we will arrange a reverse pickup where service is available.

If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may self-ship the product using a reliable courier service.

Customers must share:

• Courier Receipt

• AWB Number

• Courier Partner Name

• Proof of Dispatch

Surya Boutique shall not be responsible for parcels lost during self-shipping.

Step 3

After receiving the returned product, our Quality Control team will inspect it.

If approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 7–10 business days.

If the returned item fails quality inspection, the exchange request will be rejected and the product will be sent back to the customer.

Return Policy

At Surya Boutique, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, size charts and images before placing an order.

Refund Policy

We follow a No Refund Policy.

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Incorrect size selection by customer

• Change of mind

• Colour variation

• Fabric preference

• Delay caused by courier partners

• Refused deliveries

• Sale or discounted products

Refunds will only be considered if:

• The ordered product is unavailable after purchase.

• Surya Boutique is unable to fulfil the order.

• An exchange cannot be processed due to stock unavailability and no suitable replacement is possible.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

COD refunds, where applicable, will be processed via bank transfer after collecting the customer's bank details.

Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been packed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Cancellation by Surya Boutique

Surya Boutique reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability

• Pricing or listing errors

• Payment verification issues

• Suspected fraudulent transactions

• Any unforeseen operational issue

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund for prepaid orders.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the exchange request is due to customer size selection or preference (where applicable), reverse shipping and re-shipping charges may be payable by the customer.

If the error is on the part of Surya Boutique, all shipping charges will be borne by us.

International Orders

Currently, exchanges and returns are not available for international orders unless the wrong or defective product has been delivered.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with the mandatory unboxing video.

Important Notes

• Products returned without original packaging and tags will not be accepted.

• Products showing signs of use, washing or alteration will be rejected.

• Surya Boutique reserves the right to reject any claim that does not satisfy the above conditions.

• The decision of Surya Boutique's Quality Inspection Team shall be final regarding all return, exchange and refund requests.
