At Surya Boutique, we are committed to delivering every order safely, securely, and on time. Every product is carefully inspected, packed, and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Order Processing
Once your order is successfully placed, it goes through order verification, quality inspection, and secure packaging before dispatch.
- Ready-to-ship orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During festive seasons, sales, or high order volumes, dispatch may take slightly longer. If there is any significant delay, our team will keep you informed.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We offer Free Shipping across India.
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days
Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on your location and courier partner.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to selected countries.
- International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
- Estimated delivery time is 7–15 Business Days, depending on customs clearance and local courier services.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other local charges as per your country's regulations.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer. Surya Boutique has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via Email or WhatsApp.
You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate while placing your order.
Surya Boutique will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Address modification requests can only be accepted before the order has been dispatched.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the parcel cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept the parcel, or any customer-related reason, the shipment may be returned to us.
In such cases, any additional shipping or re-dispatch charges will be borne by the customer.
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Public holidays
- Transport strikes
- Courier operational delays
- Customs clearance for international shipments
Surya Boutique shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or force majeure events.
Damaged, Tampered or Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive a damaged, tampered, defective, or incorrect product, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, you must provide:
- Order Number
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- A complete 360° unboxing video starting from the unopened package until the product is fully unpacked.
Requests submitted without a continuous unboxing video will not be accepted.
Lost Shipments
If your shipment is confirmed as lost in transit by our courier partner, Surya Boutique will provide a suitable resolution, either by dispatching a replacement (subject to availability) or by offering another appropriate solution after verification.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders across India.
- International shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or local government charges are the responsibility of the customer.
